Marvel has been hesitant to discuss a “Black Panther” sequel since the death of Chadwick Boseman, but the “Hollywood Reporter” says it will start shooting in July.
Not much is known at this point, but Marvel has already said they’re not bringing back T’Challa with digital effects. Sources say Letitia Wright will have a more prominent role. She plays T’Challa’s sister Shuri.
Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke, and Angela Bassett are also set to return…while Mexican actor Tenoch Huerta from the Netflix show “Narcos: Mexico” will play a bad guy.
