Bossier Parish Lyft driver David Daniels launched a viral fundraising effort on GoFundMe to help purchase a car and insurance for a Circle K cashier Ed. Upon getting a promotion to lead cashier, Ed splurged on a Lyft to work rather than walking the nearly 6 miles for his midnight shift, and it was then Daniels got the idea to start a GoFundMe to help.
Between the GoFundMe and donations received through his Tik Tok posts, thousands have been raised… SBC Autos, LLC in Bossier City are going to help Ed get some wheels along with the donations of over $3,600 raised!
This morning David told Ed he has a special gift coming his way!
