Congrats to Mrs. Langord from Turner Elementary in Shreveport!   Mrs. Langford was nominated by one of her students parents,  Shericka, who said:

I’m sure I’m not the only parent that has been faced with the numerous challenges of virtual learning this school year, and Mrs.Langford has made it her business to make sure my daughter has all of the information needed to be involved in all class work and assignments. Even in the event of several technical issues on both ends, she is always pleasant and always listening to her parents needs. My daughter is the shy type, and she is a 1st grader this year so she is slightly intimidated sometimes by the amount of work that has to be done, but Mrs.Langford continuously encourages her with every step and every new milestone she tackles. Her patients and caring nature is a god send. I had to message her with a question, she responded promptly and made sure she answered my questions, even though she was out sick (I didn’t find out until later that she was out). 

This month we salute you Mrs. Langord!  Thanks for being such an amazing teacher.
