Chi Chi DeVayne spoke out on her IG story letting everyone know that she’s tested negative for coronavirus, however still undergoing tests to understand why her blood pressure is high.
Today on IG she said to her fans, “So I just wanted to give everyone an update. ‘I tested negative for Covid, so I don’t have that, but I have high blood pressure and they’ve said that I’m going through kidney failure….
So tomorrow they’re going to give me a biopsy on my kidneys and let me know what it is that’s making my blood pressure so high, so I just want to say that I love you guys.”
If you didn’t know Chi Chi a couple years ago was diagnosed with scleroderma, an uncommon condition that results in hard, thickened areas of skin and sometimes problems with internal organs and blood vessels.
Chi Chi DeVayne is a drag queen performer from Shreveport, who was a contestant on Season 8 and All Stars 3 of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
